Environmentally Friendly Hotel

Some business owners have taken the lead in trying to make the planet cleaner, greener, and safer to live in. They are not waiting for the government to change rules and regulations and make new laws that force them to change. They understand the gravity of global warming and climate change. They want a more environmentally friendly workplace and they do what is necessary to make it so.

These business owners take pride in doing what is right for the environment and they want others to follow their lead. They try to set higher standards by using cleaner, more environmentally friendly products and they save energy wherever possible.

Money reporter Stacy Johnson interviews Steven Welsh, a green hotel owner, about how green hotels are popping up all over the country. They are offering more eco-friendly vacations while passing on the savings to their customers.
