About the Author: Robert E. Lawless has held numerous executive level positions for both private and public real estate and specialty finance companies. He is a 15-year veteran of the finance and capital markets industries. Mr. Lawless holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, a BS from St. Leo's University and a BS from Sacred Heart University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Mr Lawless also maintains the Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.
