Intended Use: For undergraduate study at postsecondary institution. Designated institutions: Alabama public institutions.
Eligibility Requirements: For dependents of disabled veterans,
prisoner of war or MIA veterans.
Must be a resident of Alabama and
enrolled or expected to enroll at
a 2 or 4 year college or university or
a technical institution in Alabama. Veteran must have served at least 90 days continuous active federal duty. Disabled veteran must be rated at least 20 percent disabled due to service-connected disabilities. Veteran must have been a resident of Alabama at least one year prior to enlistment.

be residing in Alabama. Applicant's parent must have been killed or disabled in work-related accident as firefighter or police officer.
