Eligibility Requirements: Award for Oklahoma outstanding high school graduate who agree to teach in shortage areas. Applicant must be a high school senior planning to enroll full or part time at a two year or four year institution or university. Must be an Oklahoma resident and attend college or university in Oklahoma.
