Intended use: For full-time freshman study at accredited postsecondary institution in United States
Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in Oregon.
Application requirements: Essay, transcript.
Additional information: Minimum 3.85 GPA or Oregon GED of 3300. Minimum 1300 on SAT (Math and Reading) or 29 on ACT. Must be graduating senior of Oregon high school, homeschooled senior, or GED recipient.

Chafee Education and Training Scholarship
Type of award: Scholarship, renewable
Intended use: For graduate or undergraduate study in United States.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicant must be at least 14, no older than 20. Application requirements: Transcript, two essays, FAFSA.
Additional information: Applicant must be currently in fost care placement with the Oregon Department of Human Services or federally recognized Oregon Tribes; be a former foster youth with 180 days of substitute care after age 14 with Oregon DHS after age 16.
Amount of award: $4,000

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen. This award is for Medford, Oregon, high schools. Preference given to female students demonstrating strong work ethic and interst in community service. Must be an undergraduate or graduate study at postsecondary institution.
Oregon Legion Auxiliary Department Nurses Scholarship Type of award: Scholarship Intended use: For undergraduate study at accredited 2-year or 4-year institution. Eligibility Requirements: To provide financial assistance for nursing education to the spouses, widows, and children of Oregon veterans. Applicants must have been accepted by an accredited hospital or university.
Application requirements: Proof of eligibility.
Additional information: Major/career interest in nursing.

National President's Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements: Applicant or parent must be member/participant of American Legion Auxiliary. Applicant must be high school senior.
