Eligibility Requirements: Renewable scholarship designated

Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Applicant must be U.S. citizen residing in Utah.
Application requirements: Transcript. SAT or ACT scores. Proof of U.S. citizenship. College or university acceptance letter.
Additional information: Minimum 3.7 GPA. Minimum 25 ACT score or 1940 SAT score. Home-schooled students also eligible. Contact high school counselor or financial advisor.

Applicant must be one-quater Northern Native American Indian Blood. Applicant must submit a 1-page letter about themselves, including their tribe and home area.
