The California State Capitol Grounds Park
Sacramento, California is known as the City of Trees and the 40 acre grounds
around the capitol building
is proof of that. There are nearly 200 types of trees,
shrubs, and flowers from all
over the world planted on the capitol grounds park.
They include
different species of citrus,
oaks, maples, gums,
sycamores, palms,
and
evergreen trees and a beautiful rose garden.
