Known as the World's Crookedest Street,
Lombard Street in San Francisco, California runs east to west with one section,
between Leavenworth and Hyde Streets, having very sharp turns on a steep
downward, incline. The Crookedest Street is a major tourist attraction for
San Francisco. This section of Lombard Street has eight hairpin turns. It is adorned
with beautiful, colorful flowers the year round.
